1. Object of the JustFly Apps license:
The object of the "JustFly Apps license" are all LUA scripts distributed through our website, individual or part of a package, further referred to as "product".
2. License and assignability:
JustFly.solutions grants you, after registering as a user for a product on our website, an unlimited personal license to use the product. You as registered user may use each individual product for an unlimited amount of installations on an unlimited amount of devices.
A license file is provided on registration of the product, containing an individual license key, to be used in combination with a file containing the email address used when registering the product, as identification of you as registered user. These files need to be present with the product on the device.
If you intend to sell your device(s) with our products installed, please contact us so we can provide a coupon for the new user to register.
2. Product delivery note:
All products are electronically delivered only. Boxed products, discs and manuals are not available.
3. Shipping:
After you order a product, an email will be sent to you containing link to your order. After you’ve made your payment or provided a valid coupon code, you will become a registered user for the ordered products. You will be provided with link to download the product. In case of any download troubles please contact us via the 'Contact Us' form.
4. Modifications and ownership:
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of JustFly.solutions or its registers. Also all editorial content and graphics on our sites may not be copied without written permission of JustFly.solutions. Reuse of any editorial content and graphics from JustFly.solutions for any purpose without our permission is strictly prohibited. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website, memory card, device or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written permission from our company. You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the files included in the purchased product. You may order code changes required for your needs as custom development.
5. Support:
We offer support as a part of your purchase. If you have a question you think others have too please post it on our thread on the RCgroups forum. JustFly.solutions does not commit to monitor these forums, but we reserve the right to respond and answer questions. If you have a specific question, please contact us via Contact Us form. We try our best to respond within 24 hours but we can't guarantee it.
6. Updates/Upgrades:
JustFly.solutions developers design their products for specific firmwares for specific devices. We cannot guarantee that the product will run on future firmwares or other devices. We will try however to keep our products up with the latest firmwares and new devices, providing a maximum in backwards firmware compatibility and cross-device compatibility.
7. Refunds:
JustFly.solutions provides products that are digital software. If you find a bug in our product, please use Contact Us form to let us know. Finding a bug is not a reason to request refund. The bug you informed us about will be fixed in the next update for the product. If you experience problems installing and using our products please contact us via Contact Us form and we will try to help you. Also you can view our thread on the RCgroups.com forum where users post there questions about our products.
Since there is a great amount of firmwares and devices, it is impossible for us to test our products on every combination.
If we fail to get our software up and running on a combination of firmware and device listed in the compatibility section of the product description, with a device program created by the device wizard, we will give you a refund. If no compatibility information is given, the product is thought fit only for a FrySky Taranis or Taranis plus device, with OpenTX version 2.0.19 firmware.
If you can’t provide us with the necessary details on the exact firmware, device, and possibly device program, we will not be able to give you a refund.
All products work on all FrSky radios running OpenTX. One installfile for ALL apps, one license file per order.

The object of the JustFly "OpenTX model" license are all EEPE's containing multiple model setups and BIN's containing one model setup distributed through our website, individual or as part of a package, further referred to as "product".
2. License and assignability:
JustFly.solutions grants you after registering as a user for a product on our website, an unlimited license to download the product.
You as registered user may use each individual product for an unlimited amount of installations on an unlimited amount of devices.
However, be aware that the Taranis OpenTX firmwares are only distributed as a service, and are subject to the "OpenTX" terms and conditions, as shown during installation, and available here on the website. JustFly does not claim any rights, nor is liable for, the OpenTX firmwares provided.
The EPEE's and BIN's provided are free of any restriction, and can be copied, edited and distributed at will.
The manuals on the site, and provided as part of the product, are copyright protected by JustFly.solutions, unless specified otherwise.
