When a switch is assigned to the trimSwitch, the MID and DOWN position will reassign the throttle trim to the aileron camber. In the UP position, throttle trim will remain Flaps camber.
With the trimSwitch in the down position, you can activate the setup mode (on). In setup mode, with trimSwitch down AND multiswitch down, the ailerons and flaps will center to the servo center if applying zero flaps. The flaps function will also be inversed.
This is usefull to quickly trim max up and max down, and adjust center PPM, using the servoSetup menu.

CamberTune is also set here. A switch or analog input can be selected that will double the camber when operated, allowing to tune camber on a flight to flight basis, or even in flight.

For trainer mode it is assumed that THIS radio (primary) is linked to the plane. The standard student/trainer scenario would be to have the model setup on the primary radio. The linked radio (secondary) should only be transferring 'bare' stick inputs to this radio.

When the trainerSwitch is set to MAX, the primary radio is the STUDENT radio. The secondary radio acts as the TRAINER radio, and using a switch assigned to channel 6, the TRAINER can use this switch to determine if the STUDENT or the TRAINER is in control of the plane.

When the trainerSwitch is set to a physical switch, the primary radio is the TRAINER radio. The secondary radio acts as the STUDENT radio, and sending a value of 100% on channel 6 will check that the secondary radio is properly linked. The TRAINER can now use the trainerSwitch to determine if the STUDENT or the TRAINER is in control of the plane.

A mixed scenario is possible in which the trainerSwitch is assigned to a physical switch, and the secondary radio is using a switch assigned to channel 6.
The STUDENT being on the secondary can now FORCE the TRAINER to take control, and the TRAINER can CHOOSE to take control over the STUDENT at any time, using the trainerSwitch.
